For reservation, you must be at least 18 years old. You consent to be bound by the terms or conditions of purchase stipulated by the supplier in charge of your reservation, which may or may not include payment of all sums when due and observance of all guidelines and limitations relating to the accessibility and usage of tickets, goods, or services. A fare, item, or service you choose may be subject to additional guidelines and limitations. You are aware that breaking any of these suppliers' terms of sale might result in the cancellation of your reservation or purchase. 

3.     Risks related to travel to any destination

 The majority of trips, particularly those to overseas locations may be riskier than others. Before making travel arrangements to domestic or foreign locations, we strongly advise travelers to study any travel restrictions, notices, warnings, or recommendations issued by The Foreign and Commonwealth Office Travel Advice Unit. You make sure you are informed of any recommended immunizations and safety measures well in advance of your trip.

Tickets will be allocated after full payment. Expenses will be paid directly into our company business account through cash, BACS. If you like to pay via card, our representatives will send you a payment link, but make sure that the name of the cardholder and passenger will match. No cheque system will be permitted for urgent purchases.

 

7.     Modifications on reservations

If you want to make modifications to your flight reservation then you must be aware us through email. Different rules are applied in the modification's criteria. 

1.     If you want to re-issue or change of date before issuing a ticket, this will cost £100 plus the fare difference due to fare changes from time to time.

2.      If you want to make changes after issuing the ticket £120 plus charges of airline permitting.

3.     If you want to change the name on the ticket, it will count as a cancellation of the reservation as name changes are not allowed if the ticket is issued.

8.     Refund Policy 

In most cases, tickets are not refundable if a passenger forgets their flight or cancels it on purpose, but in unusual cases like COVID-19, a refund of the tickets will be issued by airline policy.

 • Issued ticket reimbursement took nearly 7-12 weeks while it may take more time too.

 • If the passenger raises a request for a refund, our representatives will let the passenger know the revocation and reimbursement amount of the canceled ticket.

• Refunds for canceled tickets will be issued once the relevant airline has received payment. Refunds to the same bank account or card will be used, which was utilized for payment before.

• After one year, the replacement of the ticket will be classified as expired.

If your ticket is canceled for an unpredictable causality that is beyond our control, we shall not provide any compensation. This covers pandemics, labor disputes, wars, terrorist attacks, and other calamities.

9.     Policy on Cancellations

Before tickets are issued, revocation requests must be made in writing explanation. There will also be a £100 cancellation fee, with the remaining funds being refunded within 4 to 5 working days. For ticket issuance, £120 will be deducted along with airline cancellation fees, and the remaining sum will be subject to airline refund policies.

10.                        Price Promise

If payment is not due, the advance deposit will only be held liable for the reservation and not for the fare and tax, which may change at any moment until a ticket is issued. This policy will not impact tickets that have already been issued.

11.                        Feedback

You must email us or give us feedback related to any issues or complaints to our complaint department in writing form. Phone complaints won't be processed, unfortunately.

 

12.                        Complete information for paperwork

A valid passport includes all required documents with transit visas and a health certificate that are necessary. In any case, we are not liable for any reimbursement if a client's request to enter data is refused because of inaccurate information or paperwork.
